i m diploma holder in specilization in instrument technology (equivelent to mechanical dip) pluse 7yrs exp. repairs & maintenance of medical,dental equipments pluse 7yrs exp.in industries in tool room,QC/QA,design office,production etc.Now i want to do b.tech form IGNOU with nominal fee .
