Grading by Australian Universities

Can you tell me what is the pattern of education in Australian Universities, is there marking system exist or it’s just the grading system in all universities in Australia? Is there any separate system for international students or it’s just the same?

Grading of students by Australian universities:

Students are graded on individual units or subjects leading to a final award. Australian universities normally use one of two systems: AN ALPHA SYSTEM (A,B,C etc.) with plus or minus variables e.g. A = 95% or higher, B=65%-75%, C=55% approx. Alternatively they may give descriptive grades of which there are four; High Distinction (HD), Distinction (D), Credit (C), and Pass (P), HD will equate to an A- A+ and so on.
