Your age must be in between 21-30 years (5 years relaxation for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC)

Education Qualification:
You should have Degree in Naval Architecture/ Mechanical/ Marine/ Electrical/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Design / Production/Aeronautical/Control Engineering or equivalent.

The Indian Coast Guard, an Armed Force of the Union foundation was set up in the year 1978. The primary target of lading its foundation was security of India’s vast coast line. The Indian Cost GUARD is many a times looked up to as the 4th armed force of India. Pay Scale – Rs.15600-39100 (Grade Pay Rs. 5400)
Height – 157 cm
Chest – 80 cm with Minimum Expansion of 5 cm
Weight – Proportionate to height and age (+10 per cent acceptable).
Eye Sight – 6/12 (good eye) and 6/36 (bad eye)

Educational Eligibility – The applicants must also possess certificate of Competency as first Class Engineer accredited through the Government and passed Sections ‘A’ and ‘B’ of Institute of Engineers (India) examination.
