original marksheet not received till date

sir,

i have passed my intermediate (12th) exam in 2012 and i scored 1st division shown of internet but i have not received the original mark sheet from the college till date. When I enquired the college they said the mark sheet has not received from the board office due to some reason. I have to take admission in sum engineering college but due to this i am unable to get admission. my roll no. is 4125249 pl. help us what should i do.

What are the formalities for getting original mark sheet of degree examination from MG University. I was not provided with my original mark sheet after getting known my results.
