How to get back Original Certificates after ICET Counselling

Hi all,
I want to join in Badruka, Hyderabad for MBA. One should get below 1000 in OC category to get admission into Badruka. But this year States were separated and there are very less number of students. So i am expecting that i will get a seat in Badruka. By the way my Rank is 3685 in OC Category in TS-ICET 2015.

My query is i will attend for Counselling and i will select Badruka in Web-Options. If i get the seat in badruka i will join otherwise i will join Avanthi PG College, Moosarambagh. I had already booked a seat in Avanthi so there is no problem of losing the seat even after Counselling.

The problem is If i don't get seat allotted in badruka, i want to take my original certificates which i have submitted to the ICET Authority and i should give them in Avanthi.

So what is the process. I heard that after Certificate Verification they will take our Originals and they will submit to the college in which seat was allotted for a candidate. But in my case if i don't get seat in Badruka, i want to take my certificates back.

Please tell me the process if any one know.
