In the Employment section of the application, is Job Duties asking for a generic description of each position held similar to a job posting or is this intended to be much more specific to the applicant's actual responsibilities?

If it's the latter, as a consultant my job duties vary greatly with each project. Would it be appropriate to list each position held and then break it up further by project?
