Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must have obtained a B.E./ B.Tech Degree with 60% marks or equivalent grade in the respective disciplines or equivalent

M.Sc. or MS in the respective discipline is acceptable applicants must have obtained valid GATE scores

Age limit is 28 years as on July 25, 2015.

Application Procedure:

Applicants have to register using a valid Email ID and mobile No before Applying online

Applicants must upload a scanned copy of their recent photograph with white Background and signature in Black in JPG/JPEG format.

PwD Applicants must upload their medical certificate as specified

The Login ID and password generated must be kept safe for future use.

Applicants can pay the fees at any of the SBI branches

The Bank challan for payment of the IIST M.Tech 2015 Application Form must be downloaded.

Application Fees: Rs 600 (Rs 300 for SC/ST/PwD Applicants)
