Important Tentative Dates of 2012
JMET Test : 2nd week of December
Online application form available: 1st week of September
Last Date for application form: 2nd week of October
Last Date for receipt of printed form: 3rd week of October
Declare of results: first week of January

Eligibility Criteria:
Students are eligible with the degree of engineering (4 years) with 60% marks or CGPA 6.5/10.
The M.Sc candidates must have 60% marks in the UG & as well as PG degree.
Pattern of the JMET:
The Joint Management Entrance test MCQ pattern test 3hours duration. The question paper contains 120 questions, and each incorrect answer contains ¼ negative marking.

Application form details:. Application forms will be available at the official Website .
The application fee is Rs.750/- for all candidates and Rs.350/- for SC/ST/PD candidates.

As you want to details about JMET Examination, so here I want to inform you that IIT Kanpur takes admission in MBA through CAT Exam in the place of JMET Examination.

Here I am providing the following details about Admission in MBA;

Eligibility Criteria
For GN and OBC applicants
Overall CAT-2013 score of 85 percentile and above.

65% and above in Class X and Class XII examinations.

B. Tech., B. Sc. Engineering, B.E. or B. Arch. (Mathematics in Class XII) with aggregate of 65% or a CPI of 6.5 on a scale of 10 from any AICTE recognized institute/university, IITs, NITs, and IIITs

For SC and ST applicants
Overall CAT-2013 score of 75 percentile and above.

55% and above in Class X and Class XII examinations.

B. Tech., B. Sc. Engineering, B.E. or B. Arch. (Mathematics in Class XII) with aggregate of 55% or a CPI of 5.5 on a scale of 10 from any AICTE recognized institute/university, IITs, NITs, and IIITs.
