Indian Law Institute Common Admission Test, which is also known as ILI CAT, is conducted by the Indian Law Institute, which is a deemed University. Eligibility Criteria: If you are looking for Admission to LLM program a candidate must have LLB degree from an institute recognised by Bar Council of India with minimum of 50 % aggregate. Indian Law Institute Common Admission Test 2013 Test Pattern: The CAT will comprise of three following parts: Part I (30 marks): Will consist of 30 Objective Type Questions from English Language and General Knowledge Part II (60 marks): Will consist of 60 Objective Type Questions from Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law, IPC, Public International Law, Commercial Law (Contract and Specific Relief Act, Partnership and Sale of Goods Act), Law of Torts, Law of Limitation and Family Laws Part III (40 marks):Will consist of 5 Subjective Type Questions from (i) Jurisprudence, (ii) Constitutional Law, (iii) IPC, (iv) Commercial Laws (Contract, Partnership and Sale of Goods Act) and (v) Family Law. The Indian Law Institute conducts Common Admission Test (CAT) to provide admission its post graduate law course. Eligibility: For applying for the exam, candidates must have completed LLB with not less than 50% marks: Important Dates (Tentative): Application forms will be available from: first week of May, 2013 Application forms will be submitted till: second week of June, 2013 Exam Date: 3rd week of June, 2013 How to get the form: Applicants can get the application form and prospectus from the admission counter of the Indian Law Institute, Bhagwandas Road, New Delhi.
