Common Admission Test is a national level entrance examination conducted by the IIMs (Indian Institute of Management) based on the policy of rotation

As you are asking for require Age limit for common admission test, so I am telling There is no age limit for CAT. Graduation from any of the recognized universities is the education qualification requirement. This qualification must be obtained with a minimum of 50% marks. Reserved category candidates need to have a minimum of 45% marks. One can attempt CAT any number of times.

Last date to submit the application form 27th September, 2016 (Extended)

Correction window 1st to 5th October 2016

Admit Card Download Date 24th October 2016

CAT 2016 Exam Date 4th December, 2016

Exam Pattern

Date of Exam: The examination held on 4th December 2016.
Sessions: CAT will be conducted in two sessions on one day.
Duration: The duration of the paper CAT exam will be of 180 minutes.
No of Questions: The paper will be composed of 100 question.
Subjects: The questions asked will be based on logical reasoning & data interpretation, verbal ability & Reading Comprehension and quantitative ability.
Mode of Exam: The examination will be held online mode only i..e (CBT).
Marking Scheme: Each correct answer will be rewarded with 3 marks.
Negative Marking: Each incorrect answer will be punished with 1 mark deduction and no mark will be provided to questions that are not answered.
Time Limit: Candidates will be allotted exactly 60 minutes for answering questions in each section.
Rules: Candidates cannot switch from one section to another while answering questions in a section.
