The Orissa Public Service Commission was established nearly five decades back - on April 1, 1949 as a result of the former Bihar and Orissa Joint Public Service Commission.

Eligibility Criteria :
The candidate must have passed Bachelor’s Degree from a central or state University

Application Fee:
The candidate can also form fee Rs 100/- deposit in Government Treasury under the Head “0051-P.S.C.-105-State P.S.C. Examination Fee”, or in the form of Crossed IPO payable to the Secretary, Orissa Public Service Commission at General Post Office

How to apply:
The candidate has to obtain the application from office of the Orissa Public Service Commission on payment of Rs 30/- or get through speed post/registered post by paying Rs 70/- or download the application form from opsc.nic.in by paying 30/- in form of Indian Postal Order/Bank Draft/Pay Order/Treasury Challan.
