AICTE Stipend For GATE

Would you please provide me some information related to AICTE stipend for Gate, or if you can not provide then give me the link of the page from where I can get the AICTE stipend for GATE information?

All India Council for Technical Education provides AICTE GATE scholarship to the students admitted in AICTE approved programs of M.E/M.Tech for the 1st year students having gained qualifying marks with valid GATE score card.

GATE Stipend:

An amount of Rs 12,400 per month will be awarded as AICTE scholarship for GATE.

Documents required to be uploaded:

Scanned PDF copy of GATE score card.

Scanned PDF copy of the passbook

Scanned PDF copy of the Aadhaar card(Students of J&K, Meghalaya and Assam are exempted).

Scanned PDF copy of caste certificate.

Scanned PDF copy of the Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) certificate in respect of only OBC candidates. Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) should not be old more than 1 year

I am giving the Post Graduate scholarship details of All India Council for Technical Education for your reference. Go through it. Proposals are invited from AICTE approved institutions for grant of post graduate scholarship for
students admitted for the session 2011-12 on the bases of valid GATE/GPAT score in M.E/ M.Tech / M.Pharm programmes. The format for the same along with Annexure is enclosed. Please ensure that the Application is in approved format along with Annexure I to VII. The last date for receipt of proposals in the Council is 15th January 2012

I am going to apply for All India Council for Technical Education provides AICTE GATE scholarship. Will you tell how much is the AICTE GATE Stipend and documents needed to upload?

I applied for the GATE Exam and want to avail the scholarship searching for details. Will you provide details about AICTE Stipend For GATE also tell what the Eligibility for scholarship?

AICTE GATE scholarship will be entitled only to those students who will be admitted in the course with a valid GATE score at the time of admission.

Stipend or scholarship:

An amount of Rs 12,400 per month will be awarded as AICTE GATE scholarship.

Candidates must note that duration of the AICTE GATE 2020 scholarship will be 24 months or the duration of the course, whichever is lower.

Eligibility for scholarship:

Post Graduate Scholarship is entitled only to full time GATE/GPAT qualified students admitted to AICTE approved programs viz.

Master of Engineering, Master of Technology, Master of Architecture and Master of Pharmacy courses in AICTE approved Institutions and AICTE approved University Departments

PG Scholarship (GATE/GPAT)

General instruction for students

Only GATE/GPAT qualified candidates are eligible for GATE/GPAT scholarship
Candidates admitted for part time courses are not eligible for GATE/GPAT scholarship
Bank account name and candidate name should be same
Joint accounts are not permitted for GATE/GPAT scholarship
Student must have general saving account in the bank. (Minor/no frills account will not be accepted)
Gate candidates admitted in engineering and architecture program and GPAT candidates admitted in pharmacy program alone are eligible for GATE/GPAT scholarship
Admissions before or after GATE/GPAT validity shall not be considered for GATE/GPAT scholarship
Creamy layer OBC candidates who had qualified under OBC category are not eligible for GATE scholarship
Candidates qualified under SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/Physically Handicapped not having authentic certificate are not eligible for GATE/GPAT scholarship
GATE/GPAT scholarship shall be given from date of commencement of classes/date of admission (whichever is later) to completion of courses/date of submission of thesis
The GATE/GPAT scholarship will be disbursed for a maximum period of 24 month or till completion of courses/date of submission of thesis whichever is earlier
