How much Stipend will I get if I join any M.Tech college through GATE Exam??? Stipend mainly depends upon the type of college. You will get stipend after clearing the GATE entrance exam. All college have their own Stipend criteria Stipend through GATE Score varies from Institute to Institute M.Tech-- In private colleges - Rs.5000/- PM IIT, IISC - Rs.8000/- PM NITS, JU-Rs.6000/- PM Research fellowship MHRD + professor’s project : 9000~10000 Rupees PM Industry fellowship / Scholarship : 10000 ~14000 Rupees Last edited by Aakashd; June 1st, 2019 at 10:35 AM.  |

gate stipend is min 8000/pm for all the college.
