What is the exact amount of Stipend provided to the candidates who got admission in M.Tech programme through GATE????

Ministry of Human Resource development gives scholarships/Stipends to all GATE qualified candidates who are taking M.Tech in one of MHRD or AICTE recognized institutes.

The MHRD stipend through GATE Score varies from Institute to Institute

M.Tech--
In private colleges - Rs.5000/- PM
IIT, IISC - Rs.8000/- PM
NITS, JU-Rs.6000/- PM

Research fellowship MHRD + professor’s project : 9000~10000 Rupees PM
Industry fellowship / Scholarship : 10000 ~14000 Rupees
