Bank of America Mumbai Job on Management Post:

Responsibilities*
Responsible for timely delivery of all HR Reports and dashboards.

Weekly, Monthly Daily Reports and Dashboard to be published with accuracy and on time as per agreed standards and timelines.

Headcount reports, Span of Control analysis, duplicity reports, Forecasting reports, Functional performance reports, Compliance and risk scorecards and servicing adhoc data or analytics requests.

Maintenance of SP sites. Timely updation of information and access management of SPs.

Acts as an intermediary between HR team and technology to create strategic reporting solutions by using automation platforms

Partners with various teammates to research and problem solve complex business data issues across all HR functional areas.

Build and maintain relationship with TA leaders to understand TA compliances, process, and impacts on data reporting.

Previous experience in a reporting or similar role is desirable
