Handling of empty cartons and containers (1-50 ltr.) for filling of Lubricating Oil in small pack containers LBP-Kolkata

Tender Details
(i) Validity of Tender : 06 (SIX) Months from the date of opening of the tender.

(ii) Completion Period of the work : 1year + 1 year extendable at the discretion of IOCL

(iii) Estimated value of works : Rs 12.36 Lakhs inclusive all Taxes for one year.

(iv) NSIC registered parties (MSME Act, 2006), Central / State PSUs and joint ventures of IOCL are exempted from paying Tender Fee. However certified copy of NSIC registration for ‘similar work’ to be produced at the time of taking the tender.

a) Instructions of tender duly signed
b) Income Tax Return Form for last 3 years
c) Valid Labor License/applied for-documentary evidence.
d) PF Registration Certificate if applicable
e) ESIC Registration Certificate if applicable
f) Service Tax Registration Certificate
g) EMD
