Hi buddy here I have come to know number of Municipal Corporation In Kerala, so can you here tell me about it along with Structure of its act ??

As you asking I am telling Six Municipal Corporations in Kerala name are as follows:

Thiruvananthapuram
Kochi
Kozhikode
Kollam
Thrissur
Kannur

Kerala's 14 revenue districts in 2015 were further divided into 6 municipal corporations, 87 municipalities and 941 grama panchayats.

Each district has a headquarters where the administrative offices are functioning.

Kerala Municipality Act 1994 envisage creation of three kinds of urban local governments

Town panchayats for transitional areas.

Municipalities for less urbanised areas and

Municipal corporations for more urbanised areas.

Kerala has not created any town panchayats so far.
