The Pune Municipal Corporation is provides detail of Development Control Regulations for its members and connected peoples.

According to Maharashtra Regional And Town Planning ACT, 1966 No. TPS-1893/1045/CR-54/93/UD-13- the Development Plan of Pune was sanctioned by Government in Urban Development Department under its notification No. TPS-1884/1377/C 220/84/(iii)/UKD-07, dated 5th January 1967 and the Development Control Regulations have also been sanctioned as part of the said plan.
This is provides detail of Modification under section 37 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966:
