4 To Levy Octroi and Minimum & Maximum Rates for

the same

5 Octroi Tax shall be remitted on the Octroi Naka by

Demand Draft , Pay Order and similarly, by Credit

Card, etc. apart from Cash Amount.

6 To display rates of Octroi Tax

7 By which method recovery of Octroi Tax shall be

made

8 Calculation of Octroi in case of fraction of Rupee

9 Scale for rounding of the weights

10 Provisions for determining weights and measures

11 Expenses towards ensuring weight of the goods,

particulars, etc.

12 It is the duty of driver of the vehicle to halt at the

Octroi Naka

13 Every person who brings goods in the Octroi Limit

shall halt at the Octroi Naka.

14 Right of checking goods liable for paying Octroi

15 Market rate list shall be prepared by the

Commissioner

16 To determine prices of the goods liable for Octroi

Tax

17 Octroi Tax collection of the goods imported by way

of Railway, State Transport Corporation, By Air, or

by Post

18 Special provisions if Octroi Tax is not remitted

19 Right of the Officer of the Flying Squad to check the

goods in the Octroi Limit, at any time, as regards

goods liable for Octroi Tax.

20 Collection of the Octroi Tax levied less because of
