IIT JEE Details

Hello sir my brother wants to apply for IIT JEE exam. He wants detail of IIT JEE. He wants to know the basic criteria of IIT JEE so please give me detail of IIT JEE?

In general IIT JEE is a entrance examination for the engineering course in top IIT institutes. All IIT’s are conducting IIT JEE exam.

Admission criteria to Undergraduate Engineering Programs at NITs, IIITs, Other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions, Institutions funded by participating State Governments.

Other Institutions shall include the performance in the class 12/equivalent qualifying Examination and in the Joint Entrance Examination, JEE (Main).

The Paper-1 (B. E./B. Tech.) of JEE (Main) will also be an eligibility test for the JEE (Advanced),

The number of attempts which a candidate can avail at JEE (Main) shall be limited to 03 (three)

Eligibility:

For B.E/B.TECH:
Candidates must Passed 10+2 examinations with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject and Obtained at least 45% marks in each of the subjects.

For B.ARCH./B.PLANNING:

Candidates have Mathematics subject along with 50% marks in total including five subjects.
