Eligibility Criteria for “Public relation officers”:

-Candidate must hold Post graduation degree in management/Public relation/mass communication/Journalism from nay recognized university with minimum 60 % passing marks.

-Candidate should have minimum 1 year experience in this area

Pay Scale:

NTPC pay Rs 12600- 32500 to the candidate for the post of “Public relation officers”

Selection Process

Eligible candidates will have to appear for All India based on-line selection test

Based on the merit and requirement; candidates will be short listed for group discussion and personal interview

All short listed candidates have to secure minimum qualifying marks in group discussion and interview

Test Centres:

The selection test will be held in 14 cities as mentioned in the online application system.

The test can be taken in Hindi or English

Candidates will have to give their choice for appearing in Hindi or English at the time of applying for the post, which cannot be changed subsequently

The test will be in two parts; Part-I will consist of 70 multiple-choice questions of the relevant 2 disciplines as advertised; Part-II will consist of 50 multiple-choice questions on Executive Aptitude Test

1/4th mark will be deducted for each wrong/multiple answered questions

The test will be of two hour duration
