Default M.Phil Commerce eligibility after B.Com(Finance) and MBA(Finance and HR)

I want to get admission in M.Phil Commerce in Madras University as I have passed B.Com (Finance) and MBA (Finance and HR) so I need to get the eligibility criteria and fees structure so can you provide me that?
