IETE is approved by AICTE or not

I want to take admission in IETE so please tell me that ITETE is approved by AICTE or not?

IETE is Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers and was established in 1953. It is India's leading recognized professional society devoted to the advancement of science, technology, electronics, telecommunication, and information technology.

The IETE is not recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) but it is recognized by other following governing bodies:

Ministry of Human Resource Development: Government of India

Union Public Service Commission

Ministry of Science and Technology-Department of Scientific and Industrial Research

State Government of the states like Kerala, Karnataka, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Nepal, Madras
