Gautam Buddha University ("GBU") is a Research University situated in Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar region. Uttar Pradesh, India.

The University was built up by the Uttar Pradesh Gautam Buddha University Act 2002 UP Act no. 9 of 2002 and started its first scholarly session in 2008.
