Yes, of course you can do M.Sc in Biotechnology after B.Sc in Microbiology course, here are M.Sc Biotechnology course details:

M.Sc Biotechnology or Master of Science in Biotechnology is a postgraduate Biotechnology course.
The duration of M.Sc. (Biotechnology) is two years and the syllabus is divided into four semesters.

Eligibility

The applicant should have Graduation with any of the Life Sciences subjects (Botany, Zoology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry), B.Sc. Agricultural Sciences.

The students must have secured at least 55% marks in qualifying examination from a recognized University or Institution.

Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination can also apply subject to their passing the examination before the admissions are finalized.
