B Tech pass out can work in Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) for Scientist/Engineer in major ISRO centers like National Remote Sensing Centre (NRSC), Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SDSC), Space Applications Centre (SAC), Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC), ISRO Satellite Centre (ISAC) and Liquid Propulsion Systems Centre (LPSC). Admission Eligible applicants need to apply through online by ISRO official website. One need to fill mandatory details and take hard copy printout and attach all required documents like educational, Age proof, Caste and more supported documents or certificates should be sent to Administrative officer. Eligibility Required Scientist / Engineer ‘SC’ (Electrical & Electronics Engineering) : 1. BE/B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg) or its equivalent in Electrical & Electronics Engineering in 1st Class with have 65% marks. 2. Pay Band Rs.15600-39100/- & Grade pay Rs.5400/- 3. Age should be between 18 years to 35 years Scientist / Engineer ‘SC’ (Industrial Safety) : 1. ME/M.Tech/ M.Sc (Engg) or its equivalent in Industrial Safety in 1st Class with have 65% marks. 2. Pay Band Rs.15600-39100/- & Grade pay Rs.5400/- 3. Age should be between 18 years to 35 years Selection Procedure: Selection is done on the basis of their performance in the Interview. Only short listed candidates are called for the Interview. Candidates called for the Interview need to get all documents in original for verification. Initially the place of posting is LPSC, Valiamala; however, later selected candidates are liable to be posted in any of the Centers or Units of ISRO or Department of Space situated anywhere in India as and when required.

Qualification criteria for Scientist/Engineer jobs National Remote Sensing Centre (NRSC) Scientist/Engineer – SC Candidates need to complete M.Tech in Geo informatics after obtaining B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Geo informatics. Candidates should have either B.Tech in Geo informatics/ Electronics /Civil Engineering or M.Tech in Remote Sensing. M.E/M.Tech degree holders in Aeronautical or Instrumentation Engineering are eligible for this post. Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SDSC) Scientist/Engineer-SC (Visual Communication) Candidates must have Master of Design degree in Visual Communication or its equivalent with minimum of 60% marks. Scientist / Engineer-SC (Electric Power Systems / High Voltage Engineering) Candidates should have M.E/M.Tech in Electrical Power System or High Voltage Engineering with minimum of 60% marks. Scientist / Engineer-SC (Chemical) B.E./B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering with minimum of 65% marks. Space Applications Centre (SAC) Scientist/Engineer – SC (Geophysics/Geology) M.Sc/M.Tech is required in Geology/Geophysics for this post. Scientist/Engineer – SC (Water Resources Management) M.Tech is required in Civil Engineering (specialization in Water resources) for this post. Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC) Scientist/Engineer – SC Candidates are required to obtain M.Sc in General Chemistry or B.E/B.Tech or its equivalent degree in Chemical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering is required for this post.
