Yes, you can change to other college after completion of your 1st year but on following conditions -You should achieve more than 75% in your first year -You should pay full fees for the seat which you are leaving in the present college -You should have some proper reason for your decision in the present college -Apart from all the above you should have some influence in the college which you want to change - You have to convince them that you don’t have any other option

Yes, it is possible to change college after 1st year but it depends on the college. Sometimes you need to take entrance exam again. State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State has conducted Direct Second Year Engineering Admission for students. Admission eligibility: The Candidate should be an Indian Citizen. Passed Diploma Course in Engineering and Technology with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra State only) in appropriate branch of Engineering and Technology from an All India Council for Technical Education or Central or State Government approved Institution or its equivalent. OR Passed B.Sc.
