Can I change my college in B.Tech 2nd year course to college working under West BENGAL University of Technology? Yes you can easily Change your College in B tech 2nd year studies under the West BENGAL University of Technology … West BENGAL university of technology offer facility to change college in 2nd year ..but that college should come under the west Bengal university of technology in which you are studying only then you can change it. It is also important that you have good marks in B tech 1st year according to policy of university.. After changing college give again admission fees and caution money and other fees.
