NDA Cut off is the minimum score that is deemed as necessary to qualify for next round of selections for the NDA exam. The students who score above the NDA Cutoff for the written exam will be called to the Army, Air Force and Navy Service Selection Boards respectively for further tests as specified; interviews & medical examinations etc. NDA (I) Expected Cut off for 2014 The cutoff for Exam may be 350 out of 900 NDA (I) Cut off for 2012: The cutoff for written was 333 the SSB cutoff for the Army, Navy and Air Force was 695 NDA Cut off for 2011: The written cutoff was 290 The SSB cutoff For Army was 659 For Navy was 659 For IAF was 703

Union Public Service Commission announces the Cutoff of NDA II for the written exam for the candidates who appear in the Defence Services exam. The Cutoff is the minimum required marks to be able for a candidate to qualify for the next round of the selection process. Following is listed last two years cutoff for NDA I : 2014 Minimum qualifying standard approved at the written stage (Out of 900 marks): 360 (with at least 35% marks in each subject) Marks secured by the last finally recommended candidate (Out of 1800 marks): 722 2013 Minimum qualifying standard approved at the written stage (Out of 900 marks): 333 (with at least 30% marks in each paper) Marks secured by the last finally recommended candidate (Out of 1800 marks): 698 Following is listed last two years cutoff for NDA II : 2014 Minimum qualifying standard approved at the written stage (Out of 900 marks): 283 (with at least 30% marks in each subject) Marks secured by the last finally recommended candidate (Out of 1800 marks): 656 2013 Minimum qualifying standard approved at the written stage (Out of 900 marks): 360 (with at least 30% marks in each paper) Marks secured by the last finally recommended candidate (Out of 1800 marks): 721 Eligibility for Exam: The exam is conducted for all the Intermediate/ 12th passed candidates who lie within the age group 16 and a half year and 19 and a half year respectively. Selection Criteria: The candidates qualifying in the written exam are called for the Interview/ Personality Test scheduled to be held on the dates as specified for the purpose by the SSB (Service Selection Board). The Interview is conducted for five days at the venues specifically announced for the purpose. The candidates clearing the Interview/ Personality Rounds are called for the Medical Exam, which is the final selection round for the exam. Those qualifying in the medical exams get a chance to be admitted in the National Defence Academy Khadakwasla which is one of the prestigious institutions in India. Exam Pattern: The NDA /NA written exam is an objective type test conducted on the following main sections: Mathematics: 300 Marks General Ability: 600 Marks Total Marks: 900
