Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the written test and interview taken together.

Written Test:
This test will have objective type and comprise of General Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability and Marketing Aptitude/ Computer Knowledge papers

Candidates must have passed in each subject with minimum qualifying marks decided by the Bank on the basis of performance of all competing candidates.

Candidates who are selected in this test would be called for Interview on 1:3 ratio based on vacancies. Final selection will be made on the basis of candidate’s performance in the written test and interview taken together. Skill test for Stenography will be qualifying only.
