Candidates must have completed 10th or 12th with atleast 55% to 60% of marks.
Must have 18 years of Age.
Maximum 30 years of age for General category students.

3 years for OBC categories.
10 years for PH categories.

Physical Requirements:
HEIGHT: For Male-165 cms.
For Female-150 cms.
CHEST: MALE- 76 cms.
No such requirement for females.

Buddy not possible as you are in 12th you cannot join CID or CBI at least firstly you have to complete graduation then you have to fight for the entrance exam after yor are eligible for it.

The Criminal Investigation Department is a crime detection agency under the Government of India. It was setup in 1st of April 1906. Those officers who work in this agency are known as Detectives or CID officers.
Candidates who want to join the Crime Investigation Department must appear in the Indian Civil Services examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission.
