No, after passing 12th you can not apply for Bank Clerk exam, bcoz the minimum eligibility is that you should have a bachelors degree from any recognized University. Here are detailed criteria required: Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. Computer literacy: A candidate must have operating and working knowledge of computer systems, possessing a certificate / Diploma / Degree in computer operations/Language/ or should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/College/Institute. Age Limit A candidate should be between 20 - 28 years

If you complete your 12th standard from recognized board with above 60% then you are applicable for SBI Clerk but you are not applicable for IBPS Clerk Exam.
