After graduation, you may apply for the Executive program of the company secretary course; you are exempted from the Foundation Program. it has following three stages:

Foundation
Intermediate
Final

Eligibility for the executive program:
Graduates, post-graduates (excluding fine arts) and those who have passed final exam of ICWAI or ICAI or of any other accountancy Institution in India can directly enroll to the intermediate course without doing foundation course.

Cost of Prospectus for the Executive Programme : Rs. 300/- by cash payment while
Rs.350/- by Post or courier

Fees for Executive Programme
- Rs. 7000/- for Commerce Graduates while
- Rs. 7750/- for Non Commerce Students

As you asking for the Minimum Marks required in graduation for doing the CS let me tell you that there is no criteria for Percentage to do this course .
the details of the CS Course is given below:

Eligibility:
Class 12/ Graduation

Minimum duration:2 1/2 years (after graduation), 3 1/2 years (after Class 12)
Exams:Conducted in June and December every year for all three levels
Fees:Rs 25,000

the Tentative Dates of the Examination are :
for Foundation Programme

31st March for appearing in December Examination in the same year

30th September for June Examination next year

For Executive Programme

28th February for appearing in both modules in December Exams in the same year year

31st May for appearing in single module in December Examination in the same year

31st August for appearing in both modules in June Exam in the next year

30th November for appearing in single module in June Examination in the next year.
