Company Secretary Course will help students to grab the most treasured post in a company. The course includes three stages of study- Foundation program, Executive program, and Professional program. Eligibility for Company Secretary -For Foundation program you need to have successfully pass 10+2 or equivalent in any stream. -The foundation course of CS is an 8 month course. -After completing the Foundation course students you can apply for the Executive program. -The candidates who qualified the executive program are eligible for professional programme. -After completing the professional program in the CS, the candidates will become the Associate Member of ICSI. Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) offers Company Secretary course. Eligibility Criterion for CS course: Candidate should have cleared 10+2 exam. Candidate who have cleared CA-CPT Or Cleared CMA Foundation Exams Or Have a Master’s degree in any discipline other than Fine Arts are exempt from appearing CS Foundation Exams. Stages to become a Company Secretary: Foundation Programme Executive Programme Professional Programme Company Secretary Exam Cut off Dates: For Foundation Programme 31st March for appearing in December Examination in the same year 30th September for June Examination next year For Executive Programme 28th February for appearing in both modules in December Exams in the same year year 31st May for appearing in single module in December Examination in the same year 31st August for appearing in both modules in June Exam in the next year 30th November for appearing in single module in June Examination in the next year.
