As you want to get the eligibility criteria of Company Secretary foundation course so here is the information of the same for you:

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must have passed Senior Secondary (10+2) examination of a Board/University constituted by law inIndia or any examination recognised by the Central Government as equivalent thereto are eligible.

Candidates will be given provisional admission who has appeared or enrolled for appearing in Senior Secondary (10+2 or equivalent) examination, provided proof of passing the examination is produced within 6 months of making the application.

Candidates can be admitted throughout the year by making an application in the prescribed Form FC-1 together with documentary evidence in support of date of birth and educational qualification.

EXEMPTION FROM FOUNDATION EXAMINATION:
Candidates must have passed Degree or master's degree in Corporate Secretaryship or Commerce Pass in the Final examination of the Institute of Cost and Works Accounts of India(ICWAI) or the Institute of Chartered Accountants(ICAI) of India or any other Accountancy Institution in India or abroad recognised as equivalent thereto by the Council

Or

Candidates who have passed master's degree in any discipline other than Fine Arts.

Candidates who are eligible for exemption from the Foundation examination under clause (iii) stated above can seek registration as student. Such a candidate before becoming eligible for undergoing coaching for the Intermediate examination is required to undergo satisfactorily a course of postal or oral tuition for those subjects of the foundation examination which he had not studied at the graduate or post graduate level, after registration as a student.

To become Company Secretary minimum eligibility is 10+2 and graduate and post graduate students are also eligible.

Here, I am giving you stage to become Company Secretary.

Course after 10+2 pass or equivalent, undergo below three stages

Foundation Programme
Executive Programme
Professional Programme

Course after passing the Graduation undergo below two stages

Executive Programme
Professional Programme

Foundation Programme is eight months programme that is for students of 10+2 pass or equivalent of Arts, Science or Commerce stream excepts Fine Arts.

Executive Programme
is for students of graduate of all streams except Fine Arts.

Professional Programme is for students of who clear the Executive Programme of CS Course.

Examinations are held twice a year in June & December for CS course.

Cut off dates for admission to CS course:


For Foundation Programme
31st March for appearing in December Examination in the same year
30th September for June Examination next year

For Executive Programme
28th February for appearing in both modules in December Exams in the same year year
31st May for appearing in single module in December Examination in the same year
31st August for appearing in both modules in June Exam in the next year
30th November for appearing in single module in June Examination in the next year.

CS Foundation Programme Rs.4500/-
CS Executive Programme Rs.9000/- for Commerce Graduates / CPT passed of ICAI / Foundation passed of ICAI-CMA
Rs 10,000/- for Non Commerce Students
Rs 8,500/- for CS Foundation passed students
CS Professional Programme Rs.12,000/-
