Qualification needed for NDA exam

I want to know the eligibility criteria to apply for the National Defence Academy examination; can you tell me the same???????????????????????

National Defence Academy is conducted for Recruitment of candidates to Army, Navy and Air force wings of the National Defence Academy (NDA). Following are the details of it:

Eligibility:
For Army wing of National Defence Academy
The applicant should be 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.

For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and for the 10+2 (Executive Branch) Course at the Naval Academy :-
The applicant should be 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board or a University.

Exam Dates and Schedule
Date of notification : 21 JUNE 2014
Last date of form submission : 21 JULY 2014
Date of NDA exam is 28th SEPTEMBER 2014
