As per your request here I am sharing the syllabus of CS executive according to the new training pattern: New Syllabus for CS CS course has three stages: Foundation programme Executive programme Professional programme In Foundation programme there is English and Business Communication Economics and Statistics Financial Accounting Elements of Business Laws and Management In executive programme there is Module I General and Commercial Laws Company Accounts, Cost and Management Accounting Tax Laws Module II Company Law Economic and Labour Laws Securities Laws and Compliances In professional ( final ) programme there is Module I Company Secretarial Practice Drafting, Appearances and Pleadings Module II Financial, Treasury and Forex Management Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency Module III Strategic Management, Alliances and International Trade Advanced Tax Laws and Practice Module IV Due Diligence and Corporate Compliance Management Governance, Business Ethics and Sustainability

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) introduced various trainings for CS Executive and Professional level students. It includes Computer Training, Student Induction Programme (SIP), Executive Development Programme (EDP), Professional Development Programme (PDP) and Long term internship with specified entities. The training structure has been modified by the CS Institute with retrospective effect from first day of April 2014. Accordingly, all CS students registered in ICSI Executive Programme on or after 01/04/2014 need to follow the revised training structure. Accordingly, the modified training structure shall be applicable to: 1) A student registered to the Executive Programme on or after 1st April 2014; and 2) A student registered to the Executive Programme on or before 31st March 2014, if he/she opts for the modified training structure in lieu of the earlier structure. Newly Revised Training Structure for CS Students (Effective from 1st April, 2014 ![]() Quarterly Report and Project Report One is required to submit one project report within each 3 months i.e. every year four reports. Accordingly, the number of quarterly reports to be submitted with the Institute under the earlier training structure as well as the modified training structure shall be as under: A) During 3 years of CS Training - 12 Quarterly Reports B) During 2 years of CS Training - 08 Quarterly Reports C) During 1 year of CS Training - 04 Quarterly Reports D) During 15 months of CS Training - 05 Quarterly Reports Leave allowed during training period ![]() Stipend Payable to Students during CS Training ![]()
