MBBS or Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery is a professional degree which is conferred by the medical schools and colleges in India.

Duration of MBBS —
-Duration of the MBBS course is 4.5 years.
-After completing this, the students need to undergo a Mandatory Rotating Residential Internship which takes 12 months.

Eligibility Criteria of MBBS—
-You should score at least 50% in Chemistry, Physics, Biology and English in their Higher Secondary or 10+2 exams.
-In India, in case of reserved category students (Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Other Backward Classes), the prerequisite is 40%.
- Age of the student should be between 17 years to 25 years.

Introduction to Humanities & Community Medicine.
Forensic Medicine including Toxicology.
Dermatology and Sexually Transmitted Diseases.

Ophthalmology.
Orthopaedics.
E.N.T. (Ear, Nose and Throat).
Psychiatry.
Orthopaedics.
Radiotherapy.
Ophthalmology.
Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery Specialisations
General Medicine.
General Surgery.
Paediatrics.
Anaesthesiology.
