Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates should belong to India or the candidate should hold the Indian Citizenship for getting appointed under the Indian Police Services & Cadres of Jobs

Candidates must have completed at least five years of actual service in the position of Deputy Superintendant of Police in states of country or Assistant Commandants in Central Para military Forces or Officers or Captain in the Armed Forces respectively

The candidates should not have been caught under any wrongful acts / misdeeds during his tenure of services completed

The age of all the applicants should be at least 35 years with effect from the date of the notification issues or 1st August 2014 for this purpose

Exam Pattern:
The written exam consists of the following papers-

Paper I: Objective Type (200 Marks)

Paper II: Objective Type (200 Marks)

Paper III: English Language (Descriptive Type) 200 Marks

Paper IV: Essay Writing (Descriptive Type) 200 Marks

Paper V: General Studies (Descriptive Type) 200 Marks

The next part of the exam is Interview also of 200 Marks.
