CDSE (Combined Defense Services Examination) Eligibility criteria: Age - 19 to 23 years (at the time of commencement of course) Nationality – Indian Marital Status - Single Educational Qualifications You have to pass graduation in any discipline from a well recognized University and you must have Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) / BE / B Tech (Four Year Course). No Percentage Bar for CDSE entry.

Indian Air Force starting course in July 2015 for grant of short service commission in Flying Branch through Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT), here are details: Eligibility criteria: Age limit: The candidates should be between 19 and 23 years as on July 1, 2015. Educational qualification: The candidates should be graduates in any discipline from a recognized university. The candidates should have obtained at least 60 per cent marks in the same. The candidates should have had Mathematics and Physics at 10+2 level. Or The candidates should possess a four-year BE/ B.Tech degree from a recognized university with 60 per cent marks. Physical Standards: Height and Weight: Minimum height: 162.5 cms with correlated weight, Leg Length: Min - 99 cms Max - 120 cms. Thigh Length: Max - 64 cms. Sitting Height: Min - 81.5 cms. Max - 96 cms Vision: Minimum Visual Acuity 6/6 in one eye and 6/9 in other, correctable to 6/6 only for Hypermetropia Pay Scale: Pay Band of Rs 15,600 - 39,100 per month along with grade pay, military service pay, dearness allowance, kit maintenance allowance, transport allowance.
