MBA (Master of Business Administration) is a master degree course offered by university, to develop complete understanding on business and management. EMBA (Executive Master of Business Administration) is a post graduate program for the working people, i.e. executives, managers, leaders and other professionals. It is also a two-year program, but it's aimed at business executives with five years’ managerial experience.
