Default Re: Difference between Managing Director And Executive Director

A Managing Director is certainly the highest ranking officer and is a link between the management and the board of directors.

Executive Director (not generic ones) have clearly demarcated roles and everyday jobs,

Executive Director is a post that is not very common,

There are both MD and ED it is MD who holds the reigns of the organization with particular role for the Executive Director.
