Yes of course you can use Indian Defence after passing NCC certificate A and B, for this you have to crack the CDS examination. Holding NCC certificate is a bonus point while joining Indian Army. The CDS (combine defense service) exam is conducted by UPSC. Following are the details of this examination:

Eligibility:
Male candidates can apply for IMA, AFA, NA and OTA and female candidates can apply only for OTA.

Nationality:
An aspirant must be either Indian, or
A subject of Nepal, or
A subject of Bhutan, or
A Tibetan refugee who came over to India with the intention of permanent staying in India before January 1st, 1962, or

Age Limit:
For IMA
candidates born not earlier than 2nd January, 1991 and not later than 1st January, 1996 only are eligible.

For Naval Academy
Candidates born not earlier than 2nd January, 1991 and not later than 1st January, 1996 only are eligible.

For Air Force Academy
Candidates born not earlier than 2nd January, 1992 and not later than 1st January, 1996 only are eligible.

Educational Qualification:
For IMA and OTA:
The applicant should possess graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institute.

For INA:
The applicant must have a degree in Engineering.

For Air Force Academy:
The applicant should have passed 12th standard with Physics and Mathematics and having a degree from a recognized university or bachelor’s degree in engineering / technology.
