Duplicate passing certificate

I have submitted a application form to your office on 12 aug 2014 for issue of duplicate passing certificate of 10th passed in 2006. i have submitte the form attested by govt school principal and a affidavit . A intimation letter recieved me from your office about form not attested by the principal of my passing school and press notification not submbitted by me along with form . In your letter you have intimated me to submitted the required document along with application form with your letter attached with application f. Now i want to know in how many days i have to submitted the apllication form again and fee will be charged again or not. I have to to submitted the required documents only that i have not submitted or full procedure to be completed again.

i have lost my 10th & 12th marksheet. please help me to see the way of get duplicate marksheets.
