As you want to get the details that without 12th can a student be eligible to give IAS entrance examination so here is the information of the same for you:

I want to tell you that you are not eligible

For the purpose you need to be at least graduate. You can also give the exam whenever you will appear in the final year of your graduation.

It is one of the toughest exam of our nation you needs to be well prepared and definitely need a good mentor for guidance regarding exam and interview process.

Also your age should be at least 21 years and not more than 30 years(age relaxation exists for reserved categories).

Examination procedure would be pre exam, main exam and finally the interview.

As you have not done 12th, you have to wait till you complete your 12th then Graduation Degree to apply for Civil Service Exam. So, complete your 12th first and you can start preparation for IAS (Indian Administrative Service) along with the under Graduate studies.

Educational Eligibility for IAS
Graduate in any discipline from a university recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC)
You can appear for the Prelims even if the final year's result is awaited provided you produce final report card while filling the Mains form

Citizenship Eligibility for IAS
Must be a citizen of India

Age Eligibility for IAS
Minimum 21 years of age at the time of filling the Prelims form and maximum 30 years for General category
For OBC candidates between 21 and 33 years of age
For SC/ST candidates between 21 and 35 years of age

Attempt Eligibility for IAS
For General category students not more than 4 attempts including prelims
For OBC candidates not more than 7 attempts
For SC/ST candidates no limit on attempts but there is age limit.
