Navodaya Vidyaya Samiti (NVS), Uttar Pradesh has recently announced a notification for NVS TGT PGT Recruitment 2014.

NVS TGT PGT Vacancy Eligibility Criteria

-Applicant’s age should be 35 years for TGT post and 40 years for PGT post as on 31st January 2014.
-Age relaxation will be applicable as per the government rules.
-You should have their 4 years Integrated degree course from Regional NCERT Collage of Education in relevant subject with minimum 50% marks/ B.Ed or equivalent qualification/ English & Hindi/ Concerned Regional Language Teaching Ability/ CTET passed organized by CBSE for TGT Post.
-For PGT post candidates should have passed their 2 year Integrated Post Graduate M.Sc from Regional NCERT Collage of Education in relevant subject with minimum 50% marks/ B.Ed or equivalent qualification/ Proficiency in Teaching in Hindi & English Languages.

Application Fee:-
General/OBC category candidates need to pay Rs 560/- as application fee.
SC/ST/PH category candidates need not to pay any application fee.

NVS TGT PGT Recruitment Selection Procedure:
Eligible candidates will be selected on their basis performance in Written Test and Interview.

NVS TGT PGT Recruitment 2014 Important Dates
Staring date of online application is 1st February 2014.
Last date of online application is 28th February 2014.
Last date of payment of application fee 1st March 2014.
Date of Submission closes is 3rd March 2014.
NVS TGT PGT Exam 2014 will be conducted on 27th April 2014.

Question Paper pattern for Navodaya Vidyalaya Exam / Syllabus for NVS TGT PGT

- There will be only one question paper in this examination for Both PGT and TGT teacher.
-This General Paper will carry 200 marks and total 150 minutes will be given for attempting the question paper.
-All questions will be objective type of nature.
-Questions will be related to following subjects

General English 20 Marks
General Hindi 20 Marks
General Awareness 30 Marks
General Intelligence, Numerical Ability & Reasoning 30 Marks
Teaching Aptitude 20 Marks
Concerned subject knowledge 80 Marks
