Will you please give me complete detail of Maharashtra State Eligibility Test for Lectureship (SET)????

Maharashtra State Eligibility Test for Lectureship (SET) is conducted by the University of Pune.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must have Master's Degree recognized by U.G.C. Candidates having Post Graduate diploma/certificate awarded by Indian University/Institute or Foreign degree/diploma/certificate awarded by the Foreign University/Institute should in their own interest, ascertain the equivalence of their diploma/degree/certificate with Master's degree of recognized Indian Universities from Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi
- The candidates other than SC/ST category, who have secured at least 55% marks (without gracing or rounding off) in Master's or equivalent examination, are eligible for this test.
-SC/ST/PH/VH (PH-Physically Handicapped. VH-Visually Handicapped i.e. Blind) category candidates who have secured at least 50% marks (without gracing or rounding off) in Master's or equivalent examination are eligible for this test.
-Candidates who have appeared OR will be appearing at the qualifying (final) master's degree examination and whose result is still awaited OR candidates whose examinations have been delayed may also apply for this Test.
-Candidates can appear for SET in the subject of their Post Graduation only.
-To apply for the SET there is no upper age limit.
-There is no upper age limit.

Marathi, Hindi, English, Sanskrit, History, Environmental Sciences, Physics, Chemical Sciences, Life Sciences, Earth Atmospheric, Economics, Philosophy, Psychology, Law, Management (including Business Admn. I want to take admission in the symbiosis college so please give me detail of SET exam conducted or organised by symbiosis?

Symbiosis entrance test is the common written test conducted by the Symbosis University every year for taking admission in various symbiosis institutes in various programs

Eligibility
Applicants must have passed in 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics.
With marks secured at least 50%, (45% for SC/ST category) in their 10+2 examination.


Exam pattern
SET is a 150 minute duration objective test. The test is organized in two sessions; two question papers (Law and Design) are given in the morning session and three question papers (General, Engineering, Health sciences) in the afternoon session. There is no negative marking for wrong answers.

Admission procedure

The SET application form 2016 will be available in the month February, April. Candidates need to access official website of the University in order to SET 2016 registration. Here we are providing steps for registration of SET 2016:

Open official website of the University.
Step 2
There are two sessions of test a candidate can register for one paper from the morning session for Law or Design and from the afternoon session for General or Engineering or Health Science.

Step 3
Complete procedure of uploading photo, signature and filing up personal details of yours, this will generate a unique candidate SET id.

Step 4
Then candidates need to pay application fee Rs.1500/- via Credit/Debit or net banking method or cash payment by downloading e-Challan from university website and filling it up.
A Demand Draft can also be made from any national bank in the in favour of “Symbiosis Test Secretariat” payable at Pune to the following address:

Step 5
