At Login page, you can click on forgot password and they will send an email to your alternate account in that email

Now in your mail box you will receive one code on which you have to click for reset. Sometimes email also lands in the Spam folder so please check your Spam folder also

it says that yo have to enter the username without user name what can we do in forget password link.
