Chartered Accountancy Course is the membership qualification course offered by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

Levels:
- Common Proficiency Test is the first level of Chartered Accountancy examinations.
- Intermediate Professional Course is the second level of Chartered Accountancy examinations.
- CA Final Examination is the last and final level of Chartered Accountancy Examinations

Yes if you hold bachelors degree then you are eligible to enroll directly for the CA IPCC provided you should be:

-Commerce graduates with 50% marks
-Non-commerce graduates with 60% marks (without maths)
-Non-commerce graduates with Maths with 55%

So CPT Exam is not compulsory for All The Degree Holders
