Yes, you can participate in IIT JAM exam after completing Third Year B.Sc course.
Indian Institutes of Technology conducts Joint Admission test to M.Sc. (JAM) for admission into M.Sc. and other post-B.Sc. programmes at the IITs.

Common eligibility for IIT JAM

The applicant should have Bachelor’s degree in any branch of Science/ Agriculture / Pharmacy / Veterinary / Engineering / Medicine (MBBS).

The candidate should have passed Mathematics at the (10+2) level.

The applicant should have at least 55% aggregate marks for General/OBC category candidates and at least 50% aggregate marks for SC/ST/PD category candidates in the qualifying degree
